The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law "On Amendments to several Legislative Acts of Ukraine regarding Establishment and Activity of Farm Enterprises"

The Law suggests revising the grounds (professional selection, conclusion of the subject panel in charge of establishment of farm enterprises, ample experience in agriculture, a required agricultural qualification) for the right for establishing a farm enterprise and obtaining a land plot for these purposes.

A draft is registered under Reg. №7512.
